Protection of personal data

THE GOOD FUTURE it respects the right of every person to the protection of personal data.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects benefit from a number of rights in relation to their data.

1. Right of access

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not we are processing data concerning you and, if applicable, to receive information about this processing.

2. Right to rectification

You can request the correction of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data.

3. Right to erasure

Under certain conditions, you can request the deletion of your personal data.

The right to erasure is not absolute and there may be situations where the data must be kept under a legal obligation or to defend certain rights.

4. The right to restrict processing

You can request, in certain situations, the limitation of the way your data is used.

5. Right to opposition

You have the right to object to certain processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

6. Right to portability

In the situations provided by law, you can request the receipt of data in a structured and commonly used format or their transmission to another operator.

7. Withdrawal of consent

When processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

In the case of the newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link in the messages received.

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your data is being processed in violation of the law, you have the right to file a complaint at:

In the request, it is useful to state:



      • the name;
      • the right you wish to exercise;
      • the information necessary to identify your request.
